President

As the President of the firm, Luke provides leadership oversight in the design of creative and cost effective solutions. He is focused on exceeding client expectations for sustainable healthcare facilities.

With expertise in the design of behavioral health and healthcare projects, Luke excels at guiding stakeholders though complex design processes by interpreting patient and staff needs into design solutions. He brings more than twenty years of experience as a designer and project manager for a wide range of projects. Luke is both a licensed Architect and Engineer which gives him a unique perspective and ability to lead a multi-discipline design team. His healthcare experience ranges from outpatient clinics and medical office buildings to full hospital campus projects valued at over $70M. A native of Indianapolis, Luke is passionate about improving the city.

Luke is a former US Army Ranger and Sapper, and a service-connected disabled veteran.
