Vice President of Architecture

Joel Farmer has over 28 years of healthcare design experience and has planned, designed, and managed numerous large and small healthcare and life science projects throughout the Midwest region.

As the lead architect on projects of up to $1.1B, Joel’s work designing and managing healthcare facility projects has been recognized with multiple awards for outstanding performance. He is a Cincinnati native and has received degrees in both Construction Management and Architectural Engineering Technology from the University of Cincinnati. Joel’s technical knowledge combined with his healthcare design and construction experience bring a unique perspective to Guidon Design’s leadership team.
