  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil/Structural)
  • Desire to become licensed or already licensed


  • Experience with cast-in-place + precast concrete, steel framing, wood structures
  • Strong experience working in Revit
  • Above average attention to detail
  • Proactive and assertive problem solver
  • Experience managing parallel assignments
  • Good written, oral communications, staff management, and client relationship skills
  • Concern for exact correctness of work
  • Strong work ethic and drive to exceed client expectations
  • Desire to grow professionally and work toward licensure
  • Experience in healthcare related projects is a plus
  • Somewhere faster than average pace of work is strongly desired


  • Design new construction and renovation projects from concept through construction under the direction of a senior engineer
  • Detailed engineering work is a major focus
  • Plan, focus, and complete the tasks at hand
  • Position will be very task oriented, requiring individual to be conservative, careful, and cautious with work
  • Coordination within a multi-disciplinary project team
