Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil/Structural)
- Desire to become licensed or already licensed
Skills/Qualities:
- Experience with cast-in-place + precast concrete, steel framing, wood structures
- Strong experience working in Revit
- Above average attention to detail
- Proactive and assertive problem solver
- Experience managing parallel assignments
- Good written, oral communications, staff management, and client relationship skills
- Concern for exact correctness of work
- Strong work ethic and drive to exceed client expectations
- Desire to grow professionally and work toward licensure
- Experience in healthcare related projects is a plus
- Somewhere faster than average pace of work is strongly desired
Responsibilities:
- Design new construction and renovation projects from concept through construction under the direction of a senior engineer
- Detailed engineering work is a major focus
- Plan, focus, and complete the tasks at hand
- Position will be very task oriented, requiring individual to be conservative, careful, and cautious with work
- Coordination within a multi-disciplinary project team
