Job Description

Manages marketing staff and functions in support of firm’s long-range goals. Provides market research, marketing training, system and procedure development, business development support, public relations, and proposal development. Ensures that schedules are met and that various aspects of marketing materials are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field from accredited institution.
  • 5+ Years of experience in their field


  • Provide direct supervision and mentorship to assigned team
  • Extensive experience working within professional services firm
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Proven experience preparing responses to detailed requests for proposals (RFPs) and high-quality marketing materials
  • Proactive and assertive in problem solving
  • Experience managing parallel assignments
  • Good written, oral communications, staff management and client relationship skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution and cohesive team building skills
  • Strong work ethic and a drive to excel
  • Trustworthy with confidential personnel/company information


  • Work with Leadership Team to create and implement firm marketing strategy
  • Oversee the development and delivery of marketing materials/content to support business development efforts:
    • Projects
    • Resumes
    • Template Design/ Content
    • Social Media and website updates
  • Ensure that marketing deadlines are met and that marketing materials are accurate and of superior quality
  • Develop marketing systems and procedures with a mind for continuous improvement
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with clients and teaming partners
  • Responsible for company branding, graphic design, website and social media
  • Help plan and coordinate in-house events
  • Support and attend marketing events and conferences/trade shows
  • Administer a CRM system and marketing database. Experience with Cosential preferred.
  • Remain current with new products and tools that will assist you in better meeting our company needs
  • Undertake special projects, such as award submissions, interview support, and additional administrative duties
  • Other duties as assigned
