Job Description

Prepare responses to Requests for Proposals and Requests for Qualifications, contribute to social media, creating marketing collateral, and keeping up-to-date with the latest marketing and sales developments and trends.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field from accredited institution.
  • 1-3 Years of experience in their field preferred


  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Proven experience preparing responses to detailed RFPs/RFQs and high-quality marketing materials
  • Conceptual understanding of SF330 process desired
  • Proactive and assertive in problem solving
  • Social media experience in representing a firm’s branding/voice
  • Creative with experience in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Premier preferred)
  • Experience managing parallel assignments
  • Good written, oral communications
  • Strong work ethic with a drive to excel
  • Enjoys winning work and the chase of a pursuit

  • Write requests for proposals, requests for qualifications and marketing responses
  • Create marketing materials/content to support business development efforts:
    • Projects
    • Resumes
    • Template Design/Content
    • Social Media and website updates
  • Responsible for upholding company branding and graphic design standards on social media
  • Develop and maintain standard documents/templates for use across the company
  • Help plan and coordinate in-house events
  • Support and attend marketing events and conferences/trade shows
  • Contribute data to the marketing database within a CRM system. Experience with Cosential desired.
  • Remain current with new products and tools that will assist you in better meeting our company needs
  • Lead project photography and organizing needs
  • Undertake special projects, such as award submissions, interview support, and additional administrative duties
  • Other duties as assigned
