Guidon Design Announces New Headquarters

Guidon Design will move into a new office in the Old Northside Historic District of downtown Indianapolis later this year. The 22,400 square-foot building on North Pennsylvania Avenue was originally built in 1960 and has been vacant for over 30 years.  The renovation will transform the site into a unique workplace filled with modern touches and sustainable features. Amenities include: an outdoor meeting space, vegetated roof, bike storage, and office showers.

The building is expected to be LEED Gold certified and Net Zero Ready. Guidon’s architects and engineers hope the space inspires the community to embrace a healthy and sustainable way of life, while preserving a significant piece of Indianapolis history.

The first floor of the building is a 1,900 sf office/retail space currently open for lease! Amenities include: covered parking, street entry, and flexible term options. For more details, call 317-800-6388  x 120 or email
