Graduate Architect (with ability to be licensed)

  • Experience preparing construction documents using Revit

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conceptually working to develop new building and renovation designs

Senior Structural Engineer

Guidon Design is seeking a licensed Structural Engineer with 10+ years for a full-time position with our multi-disciplinary architecture and engineering firm. The position will work as the lead structural engineer on vertical building projects to include renovations, new multi-story buildings, parking garages, healthcare, higher education and municipal projects.  This position requires experience with cast-in-place and pre-cast concrete, steel framing and wood structures. The position requires the ability to work with a dedicated group of engineers in both office and construction settings.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Professional Engineering License
  • Degree in Structural Engineering from an accredited school
  • Experience using RAM Structural Design or other design software
  • Experience using REVIT or other 3D BIM software
  • Ability to produce clear and concise letters, memorandum, and technical reports
  • Experience with Adobe PDF, Microsoft Excel, and Word

Senior Marketing Coordinator

Seeking a full-time marketing coordinator with graphic design experience for a position within a multi-discipline 30-person architecture and engineering firm. Requires a strong drive to succeed, think creatively, work independently and grow with a firm.  The position will work directly with the Senior Principals to develop and promote the Guidon Design brand; and coordinate, track, and respond to RFP’s and RFQ’s for the firm. Position includes full healthcare insurance, long-term disability, bonus and generous 401k plan.

Required Skills:

  • 2-5 years of marketing-related experience in the field
  • Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, English, Journalism, design or related area
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • A detailed understanding of computer applications used in a professional design office such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Microsoft Office (Word, PPT, Excel)
  • Creative graphic design skills and experience coordinating production of high-quality marketing materials
